Job Overview
The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing security activities and processes related to Managed Security Services provided to customers.
Responsibilities include assessing customer feedback and enhancing procedures to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
This role also involves reviewing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the services needs, consolidating and communicating periodic reports to customers, managing security requests within Proximus NXT, and supporting the implementation of security controls.
