As Senior Global Talent Management Specialist, you will drive and continuously improve Talent Management practices across the Air & Ocean division of a global logistics organization. You translate Talent Management priorities into practical, business-ready processes, tools, and programs. Working closely with HR partners and leaders, you ensure reliable execution of talent, performance, and development initiatives, while aligning with Group direction where relevant. Key responsibilities Talent & Succession: Support talent reviews, succession planning, documentation, and development actions Learning & Development: Deliver global and divisional talent programs, identify development needs, and design pragmatic learning solutions Performance Management: Support and refine performance processes, guidance, and manager enablement Regional Support (EU): Act as the main Talent Management contact for Europe and coordinate regional rollouts Talent Analytics: Prepare talent data, maintain records, and provide insights for decision-making What skills & experience you'll bring to us Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar (Master's preferred) 4-6 years' experience in Talent Management, OD, or related HR roles in a global environment Strong knowledge of talent assessment, succession, performance, and development Experience delivering global learning and development programs Analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with HRIS and talent systems (Workday preferred) What are some key figures for the role You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a 40-hour work week You will join us in our Headquarter in Hilden, hybrid arrangements are possible You will have 30 vacation days per year Want to apply?
