Your responsibilities
* Develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany.
* Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes.
* Coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network.
* Act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution.
* Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions.
* Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency.
* Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data.
* Ensure all service cases, partner data, and documentation are properly maintained in CRM platforms.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes and network performance.
* Conduct regular business trips within Germany to visit service partners, support network development, and perform operational follow-ups.
Your profile
* Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
* Proven experience working with CRM platforms and service management systems.
* Confident user of MS Office tools and digital platforms.
