If you are currently based in Germany, you must be willing to relocate abroad to be considered.
Responsibilities
* Support customers in German via phone, email, or chat
* Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally
* Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
* Follow internal quality standards and procedures
Requirements
* Native or fluent German (C2 level)
* Good English level (B1–B2 minimum for internal communication)
* Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
* Willingness to relocate and work abroad in Europe
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
