You will be responsible for selling into an assigned growth territory. Under the leadership of the EMEA SVP, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies that deliver results. As a specialist Compliance, Risk & Payments Account Executive, you will build and develop relationships with key decision makers based on domain and solution experience to further accelerate Pegasystems' strategic value for the customer.

1. Comfortable dealing with senior executives relevant to the Risk, KYC, Lending, Fraud, Financial Crimes and Payments space
2. Highly proficient in collaborative/team selling
3. Highly proficient in detecting new opportunities and developing targeted prospecting strategies
4. Thorough understanding of the Digital Transformation agenda
5. Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively
6. Excellent presentation skills and solution value proposition positioning
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Comfortable being self-driven, working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and pressurized environment
9. You have strong prospecting and multi-level selling skills

What You've Accomplished:
10. Demonstrated experience selling risk, KYC, Lending, Financial Crimes, Fraud or Payments solutions
11. Strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry including an understanding of bank processes
12. Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
13. Prior participation in a formal sales training MEDDPICC preferred
14. Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business
15. Research lead opinions that can illustrate relevant market insight and ROI for your clients.
