Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•70% Design and Integration of Helicopter mechanical and electrical systems in CATIA V5 and CAD data management in Enovia VPM
•20% Creation of Partlist (BOM) and release management in SAP
•10% Support customers (various Airbus Helicopters departments) queries and problem solving
Job Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Mechanical Engineering degree or similar qualification
•Knowledge or experience in Mechanical system design
•Aeronautic environment knowledge
•Aeronautic Standards knowledge (DO-160, CS-29,…)
•CAD-tools: CATIA V5 (or equivalent), Enovia VPM (or equivalent)
•SAP for creation of Parts List (BoM) and release management
•Creation of technical drawings and how to read them
•Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
•Project management and reactivity to answer to customer questions
•Mobility (Germany-Donauwörth)

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
•Design and integration of Helicopter mechanical and electrical systems in CATIA V5
•Design of brackets (sheet metal and/or milled parts) for new installations
•Creation of 3D data and 2D drawings (Single Part / Sub-assembly / Installation drawings)
•Creation of parts list or BoM (Bill of Material)
•CAD data management in Enovia VPM and release management in SAP
•Evaluating and proposing solutions for technical problems
•Review of supplier documents/datasheets
•Co-ordination with different Airbus Helicopters departments (ex. Stress, Production, Vibrations, Aerodynamics, etc) for new designs and/or installations
•Support to other departments working with SES Donauwörth
