Job Summary
Phoenixx is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow our client relationships across Europe. You will serve as the primary contact for platform operators, agencies, and investors in the communication and entertainment industry, ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a portfolio of key clients across Europe
* Build long-term trust relationships with clients at management and board level
* Identify client needs and match them with Phoenixx’s service portfolio (compliance, operations, AI & data innovation)
* Prepare and deliver client proposals, business reviews, and progress reports
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or consulting (SaaS, digital platforms, or communication services preferred)
* Proven experience managing international B2B client relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent English; additional European languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe
