Your Contribution to CYBEX
1. You will be entrusted with the ° support of all administrative, coordinating, and organizational tasks in this highly trusted position
2. You prepare meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up
3. You take over scheduling, maintain the calendar, and create presentations
4. You are responsible for document management, budget planning, and meeting deadlines
5. You manage the day-to-day schedule of the Senior Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
6. You prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring all relevant information and materials are available in advance
7. You draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications, emails, reports, and presentations
8. You support the broader Corporate Architecture team with organizational topics and team activities
Your Profile
9. You have successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable commercial training (e.g., office clerk, hotel manager, foreign language correspondent)
10. You bring professional experience in a comparable position (e.g., executive assistant, team assistant) within an international environment
11. You are proficient in using MS Office
12. You speak and write fluently in both English and German
13. You work in a structured and well-organized manner and are willing to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
14. You have a positive and winning attitude
15. You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B)
