Lead to Cash EMEA Hub Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead to Cash EMEA Hub Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing regional business requirements and adapting end-to-end business processes to ensure seamless integration with our global SAP S/4HANA system.
* Analyze and harmonize business requirements towards the SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
* Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing.
* Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes and Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup.
* Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
* Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant professional experience in digital project management and change management.
* A good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer.
* Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD.
* Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling.
* A proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
* A conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus.
