We are looking for a Studio Manager to join our BEAT81 team and play a key role in launching and running our next BEAT81 Studio in Hamburg This flagship location in Schanzenviertel (Pferdemarkt) will be a double studio, offering both our HIIT and RIDE workout classes.
With our operations expanding we are seeking a service-oriented and proactive Studio Manager, with a passion for fitness to join our team. In this role, you'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality, cultivating a thriving front-of-house (FOH) team, ensuring a high-quality studio experience, and managing efficient FOH scheduling.
You will:
* Build & Lead the FOH Team: Recruit, onboard, and support staff to uphold BEAT81's hospitality standards.
* Lead by Example: Be a visible, hands-on leader, fostering a strong team culture (75% studio-based role).
* Enhance Customer Experience: Empower staff to create a warm, personalized, and customer-focused environment.
* Maintain Studio Standards: Ensure cleanliness, energy, and attention to detail for an outstanding experience.
* Uphold BEAT81 Protocols: Enforce company standards for equipment, inventory, and hygiene.
* Manage Scheduling: Oversee FOH schedules for efficiency, flexibility, and team stability.
You have:
* 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in leadership, with a calm, professional approach under pressure.
* Highly organized and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented, ensuring high standards in customer interactions and studio operations.
* Strong communicator, engaging comfortably with diverse personalities.
Fluent in English, with B2-level German preferred.
* Positive, hands-on team player, ready to support operations as needed.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and varied shifts, in a dynamic 7-day operation.
