Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities
* Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
* Manage outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Work closely with sales teams to develop opportunities
* Meet monthly and quarterly KPI targets
Requirements
* German (C1–C2) + English (B2)
* At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
* Experience in SaaS, IT, ad sales, or tech sales is a plus
* Comfortable with KPI and target-driven environments
* Strong communication and outbound mindset
