ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern within its Procurement department on an internship contract agreed by the student's school, starting from January 2026.
Within the Procurement department you will :
* Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the procurement tool
* Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception and analysis
* Bring support on ongoing procurement digital projects (interact with different departments within ING Lux and other ING entities)
Profile
Ideally an undergraduate university student, that has a:
* General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
* Perfect knowledge of English, French as a plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Soft skills
* Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;
* Be open minded
* Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;
* Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;
* Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator
The student must currently be enrolled in school and be able to provide a school convention. Candidates not able to provide this will not be considered.
