Business Planning: Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets. Über Dich Education: University degree in Business, International Management, or related field. Experience: 3–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China. China Expertise: Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics. E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade. Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills. Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus. Tools: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Start is 01.01.2026 in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nürnberg or Vienna limited for 12 months.
