Content creator - employer branding (w/m/d)

We are looking for a hands on Content Creator (60%) and on site personality based at our Galaxus logistics facility in Neuenburg am Rhein. This is not a desk only role. You are the face and voice of Galaxus on the ground. You will create compelling multimedia content that gives authentic insights into our logistics operations, showcases our unique culture, and positions Galaxus as an employer of choice.

You are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. You bring creative ideas to life independently, from concept to final cut, and you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. Whether you are filming a day in the life of a warehouse team member, producing a TikTok or Instagram trend that captures our vibe, or shooting employee stories that make people want to join us you make it happen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Be the on camera personality and ambassador for Galaxus at our Neuenburg logistics site, appearing in and producing content that showcases who we are
• Produce hands on multimedia content including video, photography, and social media assets that bring our logistics facility and culture to life
• Film, edit, and publish content from quick social clips to polished employee stories and site insights
• Develop creative, authentic formats that give candidates a real feel for what it's like to work at Galaxus
• Contribute to our quarterly editorial plan and project based employer branding campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all content
• Collaborate with other employer branding content creator, People Attraction & Employer Branding Lead, and Corporate Communications to align content with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
• Stay ahead of trends in employer branding, social media, and content creation to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
• Support awareness and performance campaigns, and help evaluate results to continuously improve our approach

Deine Fähigkeiten

• 2–3 years of hands on experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing field, agency, in house or self starter influencer experience
• A natural content creator personality: you are comfortable on camera, love storytelling, and enjoy being the face of a brand
• Proven skills in multimedia production video filming and editing, photography, and social media content creation
• Solid experience with social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, you know what works where
• A strong creative eye with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, German is an asset but not a must
• A proactive, structured approach you can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing your calm
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams
• Aligning actions and decisions with personal beliefs and values
• Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
