IT Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance and resolving complex issues.
This role involves working with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to identify and resolve technical issues. You will be responsible for analyzing problems, implementing solutions, and documenting the process.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Document all incidents, problems, and issues using our IT service management system.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial institution.
* Skills: Proficiency in Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
* Languages: Fluency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish.
* Personal Qualities: Open-mindedness, readiness to work in a multicultural environment, strong team spirit, and customer orientation.
Working Conditions:
* Availability to work nights and weekends due to 24/7 service provision.
* Preferably located near our offices in Luxembourg City or other locations within the Grand Duchy.
