Forget the outdated, repetitive script-reading jobs. This is a fast-paced, consultative B2B partnership role where you’ll identify and connect with companies primed for massive growth. You will act as a trusted digital advisor—navigating complex local business ecosystems, solving ROI equations, and helping German brands dominate the digital landscape.

Your role in the squad

As a B2B Sales & Strategy Consultant, you won't just be dialing numbers; you'll be the architect of growth for your clients. You will bridge the gap between high-tech advertising tools and real-world commercial success, converting raw market potential into thriving partnerships. Your main goal? Expand market share, cultivate trust, and unlock massive revenue opportunities.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Drive Market Growth: Connect with high-potential businesses across Germany, presenting premium ad solutions and winning new accounts.
  • Manage Pipeline Data: Keep your CRM platform flawless by logging critical insights, organizational structures, and interaction histories.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Keep a close eye on the competition and shifting industry trends, using data to craft unbeatable sales pitches and counter objections effortlessly.
  • Navigate Culture & Compliance: Build seamless corporate relationships by respecting German business etiquette and staying strictly aligned with data privacy regulations (like GDPR).
