In-House Consultant – SAP CX (m/f/d) Full-time, starting immediately | Job ID 1009 Employment Type Full-time Locations Neulandstraße 28, 74889 Sinsheim, Germany Special features/info Flexible working hours, including remote work, for an optimal work-life balance TASKS AWAITING YOU Support, further development, and optimization of our SAP software landscape as well as the cloud applications and CRM solutions in use, particularly in the SAP CX environment (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Management, Integration Suite). Analysis and preparation of requirements in collaboration with the Sales and Service departments. Design and implementation of new features and enhancements, as well as responsibility for change requests—from concept to go-live. Development of technical and business concepts, including coordination of technical implementation with internal teams and external service providers. End-to-end support for the systems throughout the entire software lifecycle, including release management and quality assurance. Support and training of internal users in cloud and SAP applications. Close collaboration with national and international departments, process owners, and other stakeholders. 1st- and 2nd-level support for the applications as well as liaison with external partners. REQUIRED SKILLS A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. Experience with web applications, modern user interfaces, and integration technologies (REST APIs, HTML5, JavaScript) is desirable. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP CX solutions and CRM systems (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM, Integration Suite) are a plus. Strong teamwork and communication skills when interacting with business departments and IT stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a structured, independent work style. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
