Overview
The Manager, Product Management will be responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our Agentic Automation Platform, which integrates AI Agents, automation, RPA, and orchestration capabilities. This individual will share responsibility for the commercial success of the platform with product leadership and will manage a team of Product Managers while working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing. The Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of a horizontal low-code platform designed for solution builders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across industries.
Responsibilities
1. Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
2. Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.
3. Translate evolving customer and business needs into actionable roadmaps and product requirements.
4. Ensure end-to-end lifecycle ownership: ideation, design, GTM, adoption, and retirement.
5. Drive customer-focused innovation through research, beta programs, and market validation.
6. Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality features and capabilities.
7. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market activities, pricing, and packaging.
8. Monitor performance across revenue growth, adoption, customer satisfaction, and analyst recognition.
9. Maintain expertise on the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and best practices in AI and automation.
10. Support the establishment of processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance practices for product development.
Basic Qualifications
11. Bachelor’s or Master Degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
12. 7–10 years of product management or solution building experience
13. Proven track record inautomation, RPA, AI, or low-code platforms, with exposure to AI Agents or prompting a strong plus.
14. Hybrid background oftechnical fluency andbusiness acumen.
15. Demonstrated ability to manage people, mentor PMs, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
16. Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing to drive adoption and growth.
17. Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
18. Comfort working in ahybrid culture (mix of startup experimentation and enterprise structure).
19. Strong communication and influence skills, with medium executive exposure expected.
20. Willingness to travel 10–20%.
21. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Remuneration Disclosure:
· Starting Base Salary Range: 250,000.00- 320,000.00PLNgross per month.The posted pay rangerepresentsthe company’sgood faithestimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and worklocation.
