We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join us as soon as possible and provide long-term support to our sales team.
The Key Account Manager is based at an agency but travels regularly across the country. This role involves managing a portfolio of large accounts (multi-site clients, international accounts …). Strong communication and project management skills.
The Key Account Manager implements the commercial strategy defined by the Sales Department and is responsible for the growth of their client portfolio. Ensure client satisfaction by ensuring smooth project delivery and ensuring contract terms are consistently applied
The Key account manager ensures that quotations done for their accounts are profitable for Trescal, tailored to customer needs, and compliant with our quality standards. The Key account manager may also manage client dissatisfaction, which may impact loyalty and Trescal’s reputation.
The Key account manager contributes to agency revenue growth by:
Client Relationship Management :
Proactively address client concerns or project risk, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of trust and partnership
Sales and Contract Management :
Prepare quotation, ensuring both profitability and attractiveness, while strictly following the current pricing policy and applicable discount rules.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of client-specific projects or requests
Strong understanding of sales processes and contract negotiation
Knowledge of sales process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English is a Must; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of Trescal’s systems (CRM, ERP…)
