Do you have experience in large scale ground-mounted PV systems?
I am currently representing a leading producer of large scale Solar Farms, who is looking for a Planning Engineer to join their Growing team of developers, purchasers and production staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preplanning stages of a photovoltaic power plant (solar farm), then working into the planning of the role, designing the plans using AutoCAD to create 3D and SLD Drawings
The successful candidate will come from a a technical background, with experience in large scale PV Projects, they will be supported with on-boarding training, and have the opportunity to gain more responsibility in the future.
The Role:
1. Planning of a whole photovoltaic (PV) power plant (from Preplanning to commissioning)
2. Complete Detailed Drawings - 3D and SLDs using AutoCAD
3. Scaling Designs for cable length and scales of other components
4. You will be working with Suppliers, providing material lists and other documents
5. Responsible for certification and the declaration of conformity.
The Candidate:
6. Professional experience in large scale PV projects (Not domestic)
7. AutoCAD experience
8. Relevant knowledge in Electrical Engineering
9. Fluent in German & English
