1. Effective management of day-to-day operations
2. Successful implementation of investment decisions taken by the Portfolio Construction Committee
3. Strong relationship building with analysts to initiate position arbitrage
4. Excellent communication with stakeholders within the investment value chain
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.
A degree in Economics or Finance is essential, and proficiency in English is required. Other European languages are an advantage.
