The following challenges await you:
* In your role as Business Controlling Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing consolidated financial reports and analyses for the top management of the Heraeus Group.
* Your responsibilities will also include carrying out and managing forecasting and short-, medium- and long-term planning in cooperation with the business.
* In your role as Investment Associate for one of the operating companies, you will act as a sparring partner for the Business Platform Head.
* You will connect with the OpCo finance teams on all controlling-related issues, including strategic projects.
* With system and process improvements, you will make a valuable contribution to increase our efficiency.
* You will also contribute to strategic projects (e.g. M&A).
* Last but not least, you will prepare ad hoc analyses for top management and high-level committees.
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed university degree in business administration or economics with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling/accounting in an industrial company and/or in consulting
* Good knowledge of common IT applications in finance and accounting, in particular MS Office and SAP
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Excellent management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as outstanding analytical thinking paired with project management expertise
