We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage priorities independently. They will also demonstrate fluency in English and French/German languages, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office activities, including supervision of document management (filing, scanning, archiving)
* Prepare and proofread reports, correspondence, translations, and PowerPoint presentations with attention to detail
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
* Plan and manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members
* Assist with invoice preparation and basic financial administration tasks
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication
Requirements:
* Degree in secretarial studies or equivalent
* 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or professional services sector
* Excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage priorities independently
* Fluency in English and French/German languages
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
