Key Responsibilities:
* Dealer Network Development:
o Identify and evaluate new dealers in targeted regions.
o Maintain relationships with existing dealers for long-term partnerships.
o Conduct regular dealer assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
o Define roadmaps for dealers' further development and implement necessary actions to achieve goals.
* Dealer Support and Training:
o Provide dealers with access to training on products, sales strategies, and company policies.
o Develop and implement dealer incentive programs to encourage sales growth.
* Market Expansion and Strategy:
o Work closely with senior management and OEMs to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
* Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
o Develop and implement action plans for underperforming dealers.
o Ensure dealers meet required dealer standards.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with OEM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Financial Solutions, Legal, and Logistics).
o Prepare regular performance reports and dealer development updates.
* Compliance and Best Practices:
o Ensure dealers comply with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
o Promote and share best practices within the dealer network.
* Business Development & Market Expansion:
o Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in targeted areas.
o Develop strategies for increasing the company's market presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed degree in mechanical engineering or economics, or many years of experience in sales of construction machinery.
* Experience in Sales, Customer Support, dealer development, or business development, preferably in the road construction or mining equipment industry.
* Strong understanding of the construction equipment market.
* High level of personal and professional ethics.
* Proven ability to develop and manage dealer relationships.
* Fluent in English and Russian.
