We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our Entertainment Systems Team in the Pro Audio division.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing, strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, and leadership qualities. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our presence in live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business administration or equivalent qualification and excellent skills in relevant fields of competence
* Leadership qualities in international teams and willingness to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic worker with hands-on mentality and authentic communicator able to bridge cultures
* Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system) and ability to analyze data and KPI
