A fast-growing international law firm in Luxembourg is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a Partner and his team within a dynamic and expanding environment.
The firm is actively strengthening and structuring its administrative department, with the ambition to progressively specialize support teams by practice area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a modern and evolving law firm environment.
Your Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day administrative support to a Partner and legal team
Manage agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal coordination
Prepare, format, and review legal and corporate documentation
Handle invoicing follow-up, expense reports, and document management
Coordinate communications with clients and external stakeholders
Support the team on various operational and organisational matters
Your Profile : 2 to 7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Previous experience supporting a Partner and/or legal team is a strong advantage
Fluent in French and English
Highly organised, flexible, and proactive
Strong sense of confidentiality and attention to detail
Team player with a positive and adaptable mindset
