Key Commercial Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our retail channel strategy in Germany.
Main Responsibilities
* Channel Excellence: Deliver commercial leadership for the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
* Customer Development. Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with business goals.
* Talent Leadership. Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* Business Performance. Own sales forecasting, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets and revenue targets per customer.
* Negotiation Expertise. Lead annual negotiations with local and regional customers, including buying groups.
* Retailer Partnerships. Build strong, trust-based partnerships with top retailer partners.
* Contribute to wider business success as a key member of the leadership team, undertaking projects and deputising for the Senior Sales Director as required.
