We're looking for an apprentice to join our team on August 1st, 2026 in Göttingen.
Your role: You'll gain hands-on experience in this versatile profession and develop your skills to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our customers. Your responsibilities will include working in various areas of the AOK, such as customer consultation, company account management, public relations, and health promotion. To bridge theory and practice, you'll receive regular training at our AOK-owned training center in Sarstedt and at locations in your region.
The skills you bring: At the start of your apprenticeship, you'll have a Realschulabschluss or (Fach-) Abitur already under your belt. You'll demonstrate good analytical and reasoning skills in our online test. When faced with new challenges, you'll show enthusiasm and take on responsibility. You're open-minded, enjoy communicating, and look forward to working in a team.
Benefits that make your life easier: After completing your apprenticeship, you'll have a secure career perspective with a long-term employment contract at a leading healthcare provider with around 7,200 employees. You'll receive above-average training allowance of up to €1,502.00 in the third year of your apprenticeship, along with various social benefits, such as a company pension scheme and Christmas and holiday pay. Your starting salary after completion is approximately €46,000 per year. You'll also enjoy flexible working hours, mobile work options (20% of your working time), and 30 days of annual leave, plus additional free days on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Furthermore, you'll have excellent opportunities for advancement, such as becoming a certified insurance clerk or a B.A. in Health Economics.
