Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily tasks regarding AML/KYC matters, including file reviews, transaction monitoring, and other AML/CTF controls.
* Draft and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports to the relevant authorities.
* Perform regular Compliance checks and manage specific compliance projects.
* Draft, review, and implement compliance-related internal rules documents (policies, procedures, work instructions).
* Contribute to regulatory reports and internal compliance reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance/Economics or related fields.
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Compliance.
* Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and working methodology.
* Solution-oriented with attention to detail and ability to summarize complex situations.
* Fluent English and French, with additional languages an asset.
