Responsibilities:
1. We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)
2. You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law
3. You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility
4. You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners

Qualifications:
5. Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law
6. Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory” (befriedigend)
7. Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
8. Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week
9. Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
10. Confident handling of MS-Office
11. Sociability, commitment and independence
