About This Role
You will dive into diverse HR & Organisation projects for local and international clients, across various sectors. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping more effective, people-centric organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-design and deliver strategic solutions in areas such as:
o HR & Organisational effectiveness assessment
o Process design or improvement initiatives
o Compensation and Benefits frameworks
o Talent and Performance Management strategies
o Learning and Development programs
* Work closely with leadership teams to identify core challenges and deliver tailored analyses, recommendations and solutions.
* Drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
* Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced within agreed timelines, helping us build strong client relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and practices and share knowledge within the team.
* Contribute to the team's visibility and thought leadership within the global community.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in an HR & Organisational consulting role
* A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and development.
* Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify client needs, shape tailored solutions and contribute to service growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a structured approach.
* A high level of autonomy and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS tools is an asset.
* Fluency in French and English is essential; German is considered advantageous.
