What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate customer requests independently and help us boost customer satisfaction
* Bring new ideas to improve our customer ‑ request reporting through market-specific tools
* Work closely with colleagues across departments to develop standards and processes related to Product Compliance
* Support our ongoing Product Compliance improvement initiatives
* Help adapt Group Compliance guidelines to the specific needs of our segment
