* Eligibility in life sciences, paramedical, or medical fields
* Convert healthcare text information into numeric Diagnosis and Procedure Codes using ICD-10 CM & CPT codes
Responsibilities:
* Analyze patient charts, surgical notes, and treatment records.
* Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
* Special focus on Anesthesia procedures, Cardiac care, Optometry services, and Perfusion techniques.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
* Support quality audits and meet productivity targets.
Education Qualification:
* UG / PG in Anesthesia & Operation Technology, Cardiac Technology, Optometry, Perfusion Technology, or equivalent medical/paramedical streams.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Fresher or experienced medical/paramedical graduates.
* Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures.
* Good communication in English.
* Detail-oriented with analytical approach.
