We are looking for a committed individual to support our IT Service Desk and Onsite Support team in the further development of our IT service processes - with a particular focus on project coordination, process analysis and ITIL-based optimization. The position can also be performed remotely by arrangement.
Your Tasks:
1. You will support the planning, coordination and implementation of IT projects in the area of service management.
2. You will analyze existing processes in IT service desk and onsite support and work with the team to develop optimization proposals based on ITIL 4.
3. You will contribute to the creation of concepts, presentations and decision papers.
4. You document project progress and support quality assurance.
5. You will actively participate in meetings and take on smaller work packages independently.
Necessary Skills:
6. Ongoing studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
7. Interest in IT project management, service management and ITIL 4
8. Structured, independent way of working and a good feel for processes
9. Interest in working at the Berlin location - or remotely by arrangement
10. Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level)
Desired Skills:
11. Initial experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira or comparable tools is a plus - but not a must
12. You are communicative, team-oriented and like to contribute your own ideas
