Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as a Wide Body Product Offer Implementation Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the product offer strategy, in line with the market needs, competition and innovation
- Define and display the standard A/C (Aircraft) offer and its evolutions
- Define and display the options to be used by the customer facing team for the customization of the A/C with the customers
- Screen and instruct the customer requests (SR - Special Request)
- EPAC/TDU management (Offer catalogue/Catalogue items) – new creation or update of TDU´s for baseline and specific requests
- Participation to Engineering Milestones/ Design Reviews for development projects to secure compliance to given offer requirements to develop and maintain the tools (OfferIt) to be used for capturing the request of the customers: active support for relevant commodities and participation tool improvement workshops
- JCR (Joint Change Request) follow up with the supplier and implementation follow up for CAT (Catalogue) or target CAT related items
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues arising during order processing, including follow-up on open actions until closure
- Provide support to internal stakeholders by ensuring correctness of data used for decision making processes within the department or with other departments
- Support development of new tools to improve efficiency and quality of the offer implementation process
- Participate in projects aimed at improving business processes within the area of responsibility
Your profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or comparable
- Several years of work experience in engineering, interface management, project management and technical documentation
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Knowledge in SysConf and with Offering-Tools is a plus
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
