Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of banking and finance documentation, including loan agreements, guarantees, security packages and related transactional documents.
* Advising clients on general banking, regulatory and financial services matters under Luxembourg and EU law, with support from partners and senior lawyers to help develop technical expertise.
* Assisting in cross-border financing transactions and liaising with banks, institutional clients and counterparties to ensure efficient coordination and smooth execution of matters.
* Conducting legal research and due diligence on banking and finance topics, contributing to client updates and internal knowledge projects within a multilingual team environment (German required).
Candidate Profile:
* Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally in a Luxembourg firm.
* German-speaking (mandatory) with strong drafting, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Motivated to develop expertise across varied banking and finance matters, working in a collaborative environment with direct access to partners and counsels.
* Structured, proactive and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, international team.
