For more information, visit: www.nordakademie.de Your Responsibilities In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for user issues and will be responsible for the following tasks, among others: You will be the first point of contact for our users—both on-site and by phone—and will use your expertise to provide quick and solution-oriented assistance with everyday IT issues. You will play a key role in the IT support process: You will categorize tickets in the central ticketing system, taking into account ITIL-based IT processes and their prioritization. You create user documentation and continuously develop it further. Through improvements, adaptations, and new ideas, you ensure that our users always receive the best possible support. You manage our presentation and event technology and ensure that everything runs smoothly—from the technology in the meeting room to large-scale events. You actively contribute to IT projects. You work closely with external partners (SaaS, managed services, system integrators) and maintain clear, comprehensible IT documentation. Together with the team, you’ll keep our diverse IT landscape up and running. This includes: Microsoft Windows servers/services (M365 and on-prem), Linux systems, database applications, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and AVD, storage solutions (e.g., DataCore), and backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft) Your Profile In addition to completing an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) (or equivalent), you already have experience in user and IT support—ideally in a Microsoft environment—and are well-versed in managing M365 environments. Ideally, you have already worked with ITIL and feel comfortable in heterogeneous IT environments. Terms such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux are tools you are confident in using. You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a high level of quality awareness. You are passionate about technology and quickly familiarize yourself with new IT areas. No matter the topic—technical or otherwise—you live and breathe the service mindset and adapt to your counterpart.
