Your tasks:
The goal of the Marketing Coordinator for Europe is to support the Brand Activation Manager of Europe by ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
* Lead and coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
* Conduct market research of company’s competitors to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments
* Coordinating and executing all European marketing events, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand objectives
* Developing compelling stories focused on key topics, to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement
* Ensure that all marketing materials, communications and initiatives align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives
* Designing, writing and sending newsletters, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and aligned with marketing goals
* Overseeing the selection, budget, distribution and tracking of promotional items and giveaways for sales initiatives
* Monitoring and analyzing media coverage of the brand, preparing detailed reports to track PR success and brand visibility
* Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve the company’s market position

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* First professional experience in a related position
* Good ability to manage and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously
* Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media and content marketing
* High attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Strong organizational and time management and prioritization skills
* Understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences
* Strong focus on understanding customer needs, establish and maintain good relationships
* Fluent in both English and German
