By understanding their needs, delivering tailored technical solutions, and managing projects from inquiry to completion, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable energy adoption across the Benelux region.Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with solar installers, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure long-term satisfaction. Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and digital leads into new installer accounts, collaborating with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies. Project Management: Orchestrate customer projects from initial inquiry to post-installation support, ensuring seamless execution and customer delight. Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with internal teams to deliver swift, effective solutions. Technical Advisory: Work closely with product managers to provide expert guidance on PV, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems tailored to customer needs. Training Coordination: Organize and promote installer participation in webinars, onsite training sessions, and technical workshops to enhance their expertise. CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, forecast sales with precision, and track project milestones to support business goals. Market Feedback: Share project-specific insights on customer needs and preferences to support product and service improvements. Team Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts and consistent customer experiences.What We’re Looking ForWe seek proactive, customer-focused professionals with a passion for sales and renewable energy. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a full time, office based position at our Suttner-Nobel-Allee 7 in 44803 Bochum office.Qualifications and Skills 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (renewables or technical distribution a plus). Proven ability to convert leads and manage customer relationships effectively. Knowledge of solar PV, inverters, batteries, or electrical systems is advantageous. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, SAP, or similar).
