This position is fully responsible for all marketing activities within the region. This position requires a thorough understanding of division products, market prices, customer applications, competitive forces and product costs along with excellent communications skills.Job Location: Region: EuropeField travel visiting customers and distributors is expected.What You Will Be DoingSet strategic direction to maximize variable margin dollars while still achieving the division’s sales forecast & growth targetsProvide market intelligence to product divisionsEstablish and drive all regional efforts to achieve design-in goals and identify new product opportunities.Oversee all staff member responsibilities; provides guidance and high-level training as required.Lead regional marketing Semiconductors & Passive components team efforts to maximize market shares & turnover.Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Directors EuropeWhat You Will Bring AlongB.S. in Engineering or equivalent, BSEE preferred. MBA would be a benefit.+10 years of management experience in sales or marketing within the electronics industry.Experience in dealing with division’s product offerings.
