About the Role
We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller (d/f/m) to join our Controlling team in our Mannheim office.
This permanent position is part of the DACH Controlling Team, which currently consists of three team members based in Mannheim. The cluster is embedded within the Consumer Goods Region Central & East and plays a key role in supporting strategic and operational financial processes.
What you will do
1. Serve as the lead controller for the monthly closing process
2. Prepare and deliver clear, concise monthly financial reporting
3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
4. Take responsibility for forecasting activities within the Consumer Tissue segment
5. Act as a business partner across the organization, contributing to multifunctional teams
6. Provide training on financial topics, including working capital management
Who you are

7. Degree in Economics or comparable qualification
8. 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling or Finance
9. Strong proficiency in SAP/R3, Excel and Business Intelligence tools
10. Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to apply both languages confidently in a professional controlling environment
11. Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and data-driven decision-making
