ERP is the cornerstone of digital transformation, and we're at the forefront, simplifying complexity and empowering businesses to excel in the digital age. As a Delivery Lead, you'll lead the charge, transforming client challenges into innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What you'll do:
1. Overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
2. Central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges.
3. Control & management of project goals (budget, deadlines, project quality).
4. Compilation of the leadership and management of the project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level
5. Supporting the sales team in the preparation of offers for potential and existing customers.
6. Methodical responsibility in agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.
Skills and experiences
7. Consulting Prowess: Proven consulting skills with significant client-facing experience.
8. Learning Enthusiast: Passion for continuous learning, coupled with sharp business acumen and stellar time management.
9. Expectation Management: Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
10. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
11. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions
12. Leadership Experience: Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is advantageous.
