Overview of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to grow and diversify our client base in the Baltic region.
* Develop a network of professional contacts to introduce new clients to our organization.
* Representation of a sales culture using technology to multiply contact points with clients.
* Local visits of clients, cooperation in marketing activities, and client events.
Requirements
A seasoned professional with experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management. Strong track record in client acquisition and business development. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with tax matters, legal, and insurance structures is an asset. Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language is essential.
