People
1. Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the sales floor (zoning)
2. Managing employee sickness in absence of manager
3. Induction of new employees
4. Implementation of floor management
5. Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
Commercial Performance
6. Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year salesgrowth
7. Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
8. Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
9. Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers, e.g. by organizing beauty classes in different areas, animating the hub and creating weekend looks
10. Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
11. Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
Operations
12. Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
13. Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
14. Preparing for the opening and closing of the corner
15. Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
16. Deputizing for the Corner Manager in case of absence
17. Additional tasks related to the daily business

19. Stock availability & replenishment efficiency
20. Compliance with operational routines
21. Awareness of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, number of services, shrinkage
