Job Description:
The role of the HRIS & Portfolio Coordinator involves overseeing and operating day-to-day activities of our HR information systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. This includes supporting HR units in digitalizing their processes, supervising user incidents, and conducting a technological watch in the field of HRIS.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and Operate HR Information Systems: Ensure seamless operation of our HR information systems, maintaining their integrity and effectiveness.
2. Ensure GDPR Compliance: Guarantee that our HR information systems comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
3. Digitalize HR Processes: Collaborate with HR units to digitalize their processes, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
4. Conduct Technological Watch: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the HRIS field, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, driving planning, development, testing, and implementation of system changes.
6. Perform System Upgrades: Conduct regular system upgrades, ensuring our HR information systems remain current and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in HR information systems and data protection regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
