(Specialist) IT Specialist (m/f/d) IT Project Management
Place of work: Landshut – up to A13 / up to EGr. 11 TV-L – full-time / part-time
Your area of responsibility
In the field of information technology, we provide up to 8,000 users with cost-effective web applications and basic software developed to meet their requirements. The main tasks of the IuK2 – Web Services department include the support and further development of the employee portal (MAP) as the personalized intranet of the business unit, as well as the assumption of IT project management for a wide range of IT system development projects across the entire department.
Your tasks
* Further development of the QA manual and assumption of QA reporting for project controlling
* Planning and execution of QA-related tasks in project implementation and in the procedural operation of specialist applications
* Organizing the necessary tests
* Checking the overall economic efficiency of development, change, or migration requirements
* Performing requirements analyses for IT system developments
You have
* a successfully completed degree (bachelor's or university of applied sciences diploma) in administrative informatics, computer science, or a comparable degree with an IT-related focus and relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility or Completed technical training with several years of professional experience in the described IT field (e.g., IT specialist) or Qualification for entry into the third qualification level of the science and technology career path with, if possible, several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility
* Knowledge and experience in PM standards (e.g., V-Modell XT Bayern), in particular
* in QA for system development projects
* in requirements analysis for system development projects
* in the field of web technology and web-based specialist applications
* in IT service and support management
* Ability to identify weaknesses and risks and assess them objectively and constructively
* Competence in preparing profitability calculations
* Willingness to undergo intensive training in IT controlling approaches
* Assertiveness
* Quick comprehension
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* High degree of initiative and independence
* Strong team spirit and service orientation
* German language skills at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) – to be proven by a corresponding certificate if necessary
