The Opportunity
This position is based in ourInternational Markets Commercial Excellenceteam within theCardiometabolic Division, which is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve cardiovascular and metabolic health outcomes. The role can be based in our offices in Ireland (Galway), UK (Maidenhead) or Germany (Cologne).
As theCommercial Insights Manager, you will act as the analytical engine and businessexecutionpartner for our commercial teams. You’ll drive insight, performance, and decision-making support across sales and distributor channels.
What You’ll Do
1. Analyse commercial data toidentify trendsand gaps
2. Translateraw datainto meaningful insights and build performance review narratives
3. Partner with business leaders to shapedata-driven decisionsand leadexecution
4. Collaborate withBusiness Intelligenceand IT teams to developPower BI dashboardsand customer analytics
5. Ensure high-qualityCRMdata feedsinto reporting and analytics
6. Monitor commercial initiatives and flag performance risks or areas for improvement
7. Align data sources, reporting standards, and KPIs across teams
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales practices, segmentation, and incentive programmes
9. Lead integration of customer targeting and segmentation into sales processes
Required Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc)
Preferred Qualifications
11. Experience in a regional commercial role requiring strong analytical skills, ideally in healthcare
12. Strong knowledge ofSalesforce CRMandadvanced Excel skills
13. Experience withPower BI,QlikView, or similaranalytics platforms
14. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
15. Project planning and implementation experience
