Responsibilities Conduct M&A activities and strategic partnerships. Perform market analyses, identify target companies, and develop transaction strategies. Lead due‑diligence processes and financial modelling (business plan, DCF, transaction and comparability analyses). Prepare board‑level documents and present recommendations. Build and maintain new partnerships to promote product adoption and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (innovation, strategy, product, legal, finance). Monitor competition and markets, and attend industry events. Support strategic high‑impact projects across the Medifox Dan Group. Qualifications Completed degree in economics or a related field. Minimum four years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or consulting. Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, synergies, business plan) and data analysis. Experience executing transactions. Understanding of software, healthcare, or digital health markets is advantageous. Creative, solution‑oriented, and self‑driven work style.
