Engineering Visionary
We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead the development of our MarTech/Website team. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for shaping the technical vision and architecture of our headless web platform built on Storyblok (CMS), Laravel services, and Vue.js frontends.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead two empowered product teams responsible for IU's Website Platform used across four major websites.
* Co-create with Tech Leads and Staff+ Engineers the technical vision ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and sustainable evolution.
* Drive speed, performance, SEO, and GEO optimization as core business levers for traffic growth and conversion.
