Your responsibilities
* On-site support for schools and business customers
* Independent error analysis and creation of incidents
* Installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer's site
* Carrying out administration and maintenance work
* Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
* Training of IT contacts (m/f/d)
* Further development of digital products for customers
Your profile
* You have IT-related vocational training or proven professional experience
* You are very familiar with common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment
* You have experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as in network support
* Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system
* You work just as well independently as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
* You have a good technical understanding, a strong service and solution orientation, and a structured and careful way of working
* You have a class B driver's license
* Fluency in spoken and written German is a prerequisite—English is an advantage
